Let me preface this post by saying that not only was the bailout bill not good for the economy, it set in motion the process which will lead to the destruction of the dollar itself. If we don't change our current policy path, the dollar will get wiped out. What that means is everybody's savings gets wiped out, and we have a humanitarian crisis on our hands. And that is exactly why I am running.

So, why couldn't Republicans oppose the Democrats on this? Because they, too, have been a part of the spending orgy.


Here is former Presidential candidate McCain expressing confidence that both parties would successfully betray us with the $700 billion bailout. BTW, contrary to McCain's assertion, the bill was not "improved." From a conservative standpoint, the bill was actually made worse, and was passed unconstitutionally. The worse bill - objectively an appropriations bill - that passed originated in the Senate.

The Republicans need to elect REAL CONSERVATIVES, not POLITICAL CROSSDRESSERS and LEAP YEAR conservatives.
